Fisher Pavilion Seattle Center
The spacious Fisher Pavilion at Seattle Center will overflow with 200 artists from across the country, with comics trick-or-treating for the kids, innovative animation by Seattle Experimental Animation Team (SEAT), mask making, an epic bake sale, and swag bags overflowing with comics.
In order to create a fun and safer space for People of Color, anyone who is wearing a racist or culturally appropriative costume will be asked to leave. This includes dressing like a specific race other than your own, like ancestors other than your own, or like a specific person of another race in a way that caricatures that race.
